5月13日，云南威信县官方通报“有人穿‘警察’字样雨衣参与丧事”：村民为祖母办丧事雨势较大，遂从村民家借了网购的印有“警察”字样的雨衣，目前公安机关已以涉嫌“穿着和佩带与人民警察制式服装及其标志相仿并足以造成混淆的服装或者标志”进行立案查处。
